Sounds like you are trying get around going to the doctor and paying the money. It really doesn't matter whether there are alternative means of diagnosis because even if you were able to self diagnose, you would still need a prescription from a doctor to treat it.
your question is unclear at best. you would definately need a test of vaginal fluid to determine if you have trich or not.
