No one can tell you what it is from that description, but my guess would be possibly a yeast infection but it would take a doctor to know for sure...ANYTHING abnormal from the vagina should be checked by a doc...get that girl an appt quick...

ok the truth about it is that it is prolly just a inflammation adn infection of some sort so she needs to see her physicialn or obgyn as soon as possible to find out what it is and if she is a virgin then it is prolly not a std but she does need to go have an HIV/ AIDS test done when she goes to the dr.
It is not HIV and from the symptoms you have given it is probably a yeast infection. You can use an over-the-counter medicine but if it continues go to the doctor!
