What is this piercing pain that travels from my left chest to my mid back then my lower right jaw?

Question:
This is a stinging, stabbing, percing pain that seems to travel from one section to another. I get this about five times a year. Sometimes it pretty bad and Im on the floor in pain.
Pain starts in chest below right pecktoral, under ribcage, then travels quickly to right side of the backunder shoulderblade, and quickly to the rear of the right jawbone. This is a stinging, piercing, zapping kind of pain. Moments later, spreads to mid back and larger region in the right chest, more painful and throbbing.

You should see a doctor very soon and if you have another of these, go to the hospital/emergency clinic.

There are a lot of tests your doctor can do aside from just a single EKG. A stress test or an event monitor that you wear for several weeks (can be for a month I think) can help to see what your heart is doing even in cases where the symptoms are intermittent.

There are quite a few possibilities. I recommend you seek immediate professional medical attention if you haven't already! You need to get medical attention.ASAP. I don't know whether you are male or female, but women can experience heart attack pain in their jaws.

Sounds like cardio issue. See your doc, please. Good luck.

Go and see your physician as soon as you can, this could be a sign of a serious problem, it could be related to your lungs or heart if its in that area. So its better to be safe than sorry.

Thats alot of incidences in a short time. I have never heard of that sort of pain in those areas. However , as close as i can get is the jaw pain. i occasionally get severe pain in my right or left face and neck and ear.they call it facial nueralgia,a nerve disorder. One of many, including the one that makes you look like you had a stroke-drooping face- you need to see a doctor about this soon.theres no use in putting off.it is probably something that can be controlled with meds.if you havent got insurance go to the emergency room next time this happens . they cant turn you away and at least youll know what your dealing with.best of luck to you could me a heart attack. call 911 or go to the ER NOW!!
