Any tips for someone recently diagnosed with Posterior Tibial Tendon Disfunction?

Question:

Answers:
I had posterior tibula tendon repair surgery in Dec. of 05'. The recover was very painful but the results have been great. My foot feels so much more stable now. Good luck.
what kind of dysfunction? is it painful? if you're concerned about it or if it's stopping you from things you enjoy in life and you want to get it fixed see an ortho Dr. or ask for some physical therapy. If you don't wanna do that, look up some ankle exercises online and strengthen the rest of the muscles in your calf so that your ankle is strong and less susceptible to injury...
