im guessing you are referring to enzyme coQ 10. well i ahvent graduated yet, but i am a nutrition major, and you cant consume enzymes, your body makes it. plus coQ is denatured in the stomach so you wouldnt be able to consume it anyway.
If that is the vitamin that helps the heart, than most likely its going to be fish.
