Does anyone know anything about group G strep?

Question:

I did some research after being told this week that I have this. It said that it mostly affects people with suppressed immune systems like diabetics, alcoholics, cancer patients. I don't fall into any of those categories that I know of. I have had one cold after another since October which is unusual for me. Should I be concerned, or can anyone get group G strep?
