Try your local branch of the American Cancer Society. They should be able to hook you up with resources available in your area. Also, this site has the best info on Lymphoma:

Best wishes to you and your Mom!
This is going to be an increasing problem with our aging population and the increasing inability of Medicare and/or Medicaid to cover the increasing costs of health care. Without knowing too many details, I would suggest that you contact a social worker at your doctor's hospital/clinic to help with her medications. I would imagine that treating the lymphoma is, in the short term, more important than getting the shoulder replaced, only in the sense that failing to control the lymphoma will make the shoulder problem moot. This should be coordinated with her oncologist and orthopaedist.

There are several organizations out there (American Cancer Society, Leukemia/Lymphoma Society, others) that can provide assistance with medications as well.
If you can get help from welfare or charities to pay for her treatment, do it.

Then take a look at alternative / natural therapies. They don't cost much and don't hurt and damage the body as much as the conventional treatment of surgery, chemotherapy and radiation.

But be warned, you need to read up a lot on this, to be well-informed.

Here are some good sites on alternative and natural therapies for 'incurable' illnesses.
