Does anyone know if a internal 100% blocked cartoid artery can be unblocked, sucessfully? Or had it done?

i was 33 when i had a triple bypass once an artery is 100 % blocked i really don't think that it can be unblocked at that point because they use a thing that is shaped like a corkscrew but it needs to have some space in which to go into , i hope all goes well i personally had 100 % 97% &98% blockage and i had just turned 33 at the time i am almost 35 now i had always worked out and am not fat but it can happen to anybody our sociaty eats way to much fast food ! saturated fats really transfats are the worst

if you have a 100% blockage you should be in the hospital on the OR table. If it ruptures you can have an massive internal bleeding
