white spots as in spots, or whits spots as in little lumps with no puss? spots - go for the clearasil, or facial scrub, the little spots with no puss are related to stress, and will go down on there own, i have many, but my doctor said they are fine, and will cause no damage. to assist in getting rid of them, continue to use facial routine, if u have one, or just clean face in water and relax, sometime these spots are heat spots to, so cool water is better.

You can't. its a lack of melanin in your skin. Just a lack of pigment. About 50% of people have at least one. dont use a lot of chemicals that amkes them spread, stick to one product such as clearasil, then leave them they will go soon, dont touch you skin either that makes it worse.
