Because nobody wants to freeze their genitals. Other than that, i think it's because the viruses that cause genital warts are a lot stronger than OTC wart removers and the like will cure

You don't want to use any of that junk on your tender genitals. It could leave a hole, and could be a disaster. It is much better to have a health care professional take off the wart on your genitals. There are other ways besides acid depending on where the location of the warts are. Most warts you can not even see, you have in the inside of the vagina. There are ways to laser them off, ablate them with heat, etc..
Because when you use the wart removal for warts on your hands it doesnt kill the wart on your genitals eternaly all its doing is freezing it , The whole purpose of using acid on the genital warts is to completely remove and kill the wart! If a woman has genital warts, it is Urgent that she see a doctor and get a Pap Smear. Genital warts are caused by HPV, and HPV is the leading cause of Uterine Cancer in women. It is very serious. The doctor needs to monitor your sister to make that she is not developing any Pre-Cancer cells. Genital Warts arent like pimples that you can just put cream on so it will go away. She has to see a gynecologist.
