100 heart rate after eating; isn't it annoying?

Question:
My heart rate is usually very low, like 60 or less. After I eat, esp. chocolate, salty, sweet things but it happens even w/ bread or rice, if I eat more than a bite or two it goes up to 80s, 90s, 100 even. Which is really annoying if you want to exercise (because it is abnormally high during exercise).

My MD says my heart is just "sensitive" and it is in normal range, but it is annoying.Anyone else?

Answers:
Your brain is very excited about these foods! Stop eating them and see! Try eating apples and see. Your body may be allergy to sweets too!!
