Why does eating citrus type fruits set off rashes and other allergic reactions?

I also have coeliac sprue, dairy allergy, some nuts, tomatoes, and lanolin allergies

You can develop a new allergy at any time of life, and remember that you have an "allergic disposition", like me, so you will just need to be careful and listen to you body.

Eating citrus fruits do not normally set off rashes or allergic reactions. You obviously are already allergic to certain fruits. Have you been tested for allergies other than the ones you mentioned? If not, get tested. It could save your life!
