Has anyone had success with using acupunture for treating diabetes?

Headache, vertigo (Meniere's), tinnitus
Phantom pain
Frozen shoulder
Cervical and lumbar spine syndromes
Plantar fasciitis
Arthritis/arthrosis
Bursitis, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome
Sprains and contusions
In fractures, assisting in pain-control, edema, and enhancing healing process Temporo-mandibular joint derangement, bruxism
Dysmenorrhea, pelvic pain
Insomnia
Anorexia
Atypical chest pain (negative work-up)
Idiopathic palpitations, sinus tachychardia
Allergic sinusitis
Persistent hiccups
Selected dermatoses (urticaria, pruritus, eczema, psoriasis)

Urinary incontinence. retention (neurogenic. spastic, adverse drug effect)

Cough with contraindications for narcotics

Unfortunately diabetes is not mentioned.

Accupuncture is basically quackery and will not work for complex diseases like diabetes(it has a limited effect on some pains and that is it). Do yourself a big favor and accept the reality that there is not some miracle cure for this aweful disease. No matter how bad you want one.
i heal with this acupunture treatment but it was not diabetes it was pain in my body.

No, but if you do treat a blood disorder with quackery, you run the risk of a diabetic coma and death.

I don't think so. personally, I've never tried acupunture. I would, but not to treat diabetes. I don't have diabetes, but. you know what I mean.

So, no, I don't think that it would be successful-- otherwise everyone would be walking around like PinHead.
