What do I use for a baby who has ezcema and a diaper rash?

Question:
I have a 17 month old who has very bad ezcema. A few days ago she developed a little diaper rash, so I used balmex. Now it irritated her ezcema and she has a god awful rash. Is there any diaper creams that I can use that are safe for her ezcema??

Answers:
i am a mother of two children with severe eczema and allergies.trust me when i say this MAKE THEM GIVE HER ALLERGY TEST IF YOUR PEDI. DOES NOT GO TO ANOTHER.once they found out what my daughter(she is four now)was allergic to it was so much easier to deal with.e-mail me any time u want to discuss this.I know how hard it is just strong and it will get better.I would try just regular vaseline it is all natural

Penaten cream (zinc)
