Answers:
Seizures are the result of hyperactivity in the brain. Our brain cells are constantly firing electrical signals; seizures occur when there is too much of that activity. Sometimes it's due to "over" communication between the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Either way, have they seen a doctor? If not.they certainly should. They may be able to find a medication that will help them.
Epilepsy is one of the main reasons for seizures
Lack of blood to the brain, sugar is low, or blood clots. They should see a doctor ASAP. All can be very dangerous..

Good Luck
I have had 3 seizures, And mine were due to HIGH blood pressure and HIGH stress and my brian just crapped out and I went into seizures.. So if they have HIGH blood pressure and HIGH stress levels then they need to redo there life style..
If your talking about diabetic seizures than the cause is low blood sugars anything for me below 25 some others it can be below 65.
Depends on the type of seizure. I believe the most common to be Epileptic seizures but there are multiple other causes.
I got my seizures from a high fever at birth. There was a scar left on my brain from that high fever. They removed it when I was 39 and since then no more seizures. You can get seizures if other people in your family have them or if you had some type of virus like I did and scar tissue was left on the brain. Go back to find out everything this person had from chicken pox to and virus and that's how they pinpointed mine down.
