Is this wrong of my brother?
Question:
"If I take you to the emergency room and there's nothing wrong with you, I'm never taking you again. Even if you're bleeding on the floor, and even if you die, I don't won't take you. I don't care."
He would be guilty of negligence and yet if I died he wouldn't care?
Is that wrong of him? He thinks I'm wasting his time because I don't feel well and feel like I'm going to pass out.

Answers:
Of course it was wrong of him. It was very unkind. But, is your brother your guardian? Where are your parents or a best friend if you are over 18? How old are you? You need to give more information.
If you feel like you are going to pass out, first eat something, you blood sugar might be low. Second, it you are breathing very fast, force yourself to take slow, deep breaths and breathe into a paper bag. Lie down with a cold cloth on your forehead if those don't work. Last but not least call your Mom if your Mom isn't available, call a motherly figure-an aunt, grandma,or neighbor, or friends mom what to do.

your brother's a jerk
tell him fine you will call an ambulanceand when there is really something wrong then he will feel guilty. Turn it around on him,
YES! its very wrong of him to say this. but remember what people say and what they do are 2 different things. he probally thinks your just being a pain in the butt. and if something were to happen to you i dont see him standing by watching you die. he will jump into action and save your butt.
He isn't being the nicest he could be, but I doubt if he would actually go through with what he says. When people get upset, they say things that they don't mean. Any person who saw another person dying on the floor would call 911, it's basic human decency.
That was a mean thing for him to say but I'm sure he didn't mean it.
He just doesn't want you to cry wolf, and get him worried about your health for no reason.
Well, your brother is wrong to say that, but I doubt he really means it, he's probably just frustrated, have you gone to see a doctor or a psychiatrist, maybe you're a diabetic or a hypochondriac..
