Answers:
You can ask for your physician for a referral. If you are not comfortable doing this or your doctor refuses than you can make the calls yourself. You should do research to locate the best doctor for your mothers condition and request an appointment. You can look up any major medical facility online. Look for Admitting or referral information:
http://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/referrald.
You may need a physician referral for the National Institute of Health. Call and ask.
http://www.nih.gov/about/contact.htm.
If you are interested in any other major facility go to Google.com and type the name of the medical center into the search engine. In general you will find telephone numbers and addresses on the front page of the website.
Good luck.

i have tinnitus , vertigo and migraine anyone know what is the cause?
You can go to any hospital, as long as you have a doctor who is on staff there. If you don't have a doctor who practices at the hospital of your choice, ask a physician referral service for the name of one who specializes in the what ails your mother.
