has anyone had blood clots to the lungs?

Question: i had a lattice of blood clots go to my lungs a few years ago, after knee surgery. has any else had this experience and how have you pulled up. i now suffer panick attacks, and have signs of chronic airways disease. i still lack energy and iam tired all the time.
