Nope. You can only catch leprosy through direct human contact (ie. coughing, kissing) as it is an infectious disease.
Leprosy, or Hansen's DIsease as it is now called, is an infectious disease. It is spread through direct contact with people that have the disease. Although the tranmission method is not fully understood, it is believed to be transmitted through respiratory droplets. It is not passed from mother to child in the womb.
