I have a clear and neat face, no blemishes or anything, but the problem is.?

Question:
pimples and blemishes are all on my back!! Of course I'm happy It didn't manifests on my face, how come when I am stressed or tired, every stress-related pimples or anything appears on my back? It looks like I have a loose pores on my back. How do I fix this? Any medication for this?
Thanks!

Answers:
When you shower make sure to exfoliate, like with a loofa or something. But don't over do it because you'll create more oil. And when your done make sure to dry off well. Laying in the sun helps to dry everything out as well. Maybe you should also try some over the counter acne washes, they have some for men that are especially made for the back, but I can't remember the name, sorry. If nothing helps, then see your doctor and he'll give you some topical cream to put on.

I'm the same way. It's because your back sweats more than your face,so you're not seeing any on your face. Also, your back is has more oil, too. Try wearing clothes that let your skin breathe,so you don't sweat much. Astringent works best..then you just have to remember to wash good.

the same thing that would work for the face would probably work anywhere else, showering daily wouldnt hurt also. you can try proactive its for people who have pimple it dsnt matter where

Your immune system is designed to attack, neutralize and eliminate substances that don't belong in a healthy body. A strong and smooth-running immune system is your most powerful frontline defense against viruses, bacteria, carcinogens and a host of other toxic or harmful threats to health.
Unfortunately, modern life presents many challenges to proper immune function: aging diminishes immune response: high stress causes elevated levels of the immune-depressing hormone cortisol; inadequate rest or exxercise depletes immune reserves; poor nutrition deprives the immune system of essential nutrients; and environmental irritants and airborne pollutants are ever-present.
The goji berry can balance immune response. It is important to note that goji is not an immune booster, as that would be undesirable in cases of auto-immune disorders. As an adaptogen, goji acts as an immune balancer, helping to re-establish normal and healthy immune function.
