does many reddish spots and not itchy cancerous?

Question:

Answers:
Your question is so poorly worded I'm not sure what you are asking. If you want to know if reddish spots that do not itch can be an indication of cancer, the answer is YES. Definitely. If that is the case you should see a doctor immediately. It might be something else, but it might be cancer. If it doesn't itch and doesn't hurt, it may well be an indication of cancer. See a doctor.

Not really.
COULD BE FRECKLES, COULD BE MUMPS OR MEASLES COULD BE HIVES OR JUST AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO SOMETHING GO TO THE DOCTOR IF THEY PERSIST MORE THAN 3 DAYS!
may be hemangioma . define your question properly.
Maybe, but probably not. One of the other posters suggested that cancer doesn't hurt. Check the symptoms and signs of inflammatory breast cancer. It looks like mastitis, hurts like an infection but is indeed a cancer. This is an extremely rare cancer but you don't have time to play with it if you have it. My wife is currently battling this monster and the only thing we have going for us right now is that the Nurse Practitioner "got it right" the first time. You have weeks to get a jump on it, not a couple of months. It grows before your eyes. IF IN DOUBT GET TO A DOCTOR! The common thread I have picked up from talking with cancer survivors is that it "REALLY FEELS WRONG" when you have cancer.
