They could be irritated ingrown hairs, depending on where they are at. Also, if you don't wear underwear, and sweat a lot they could be pimples. See a dermatologist. May be embarrassing, but no more embarassing than having someone else see them.

Keep the area clean & dry. Dry with a hair dryer after a bath, then put on a good coating of corn starch powder.

I know many guys will make "smar ***" remarks (No pun intended). Something like this is nothing to laugh at. You should go see a doctor ASAP

Wash them britches once in awhile, woman!
