I have diabetes type 2. I was refer ed to a diabetes self management class. why are they not free.?
Answers:
Feel around the top of your neck, around the line where you feel your pulse. If your glands are swollen you should feel two lumps on either side of where your trachea lies, protruding from your next.
Another place to feel them is in the armpit!
If your not sure exactly where too look, search lymph glands/nodes through Yahoo or Google and see what diagrams come back!
You feel them and they are bigger and hard and swollen
