What are the effects of excessive debridement of feet (sole)?

This isn't meant to be condescending, but are you sure that your use of the word 'debridement' is accurate. In my experience (operating theatres) we 'debride' dead tissue from wound sites. For example somebody with diabetes who has lost circulation to the foot may have to have 'dead tissue' surgically removed to stop the onset of gangrene.

If you're talking about hard skin and that's the reason for the removal of that skin then try this site:

The word debridement is often assocated with removal of dead skin from a WOUND!
Do you have a wound? Otherwise, you are talking about callouses of the feet. The hard lil pads that Protect your feet. please clarify.
