what are all the causes of frequent urination?( Doctors please)?

Question:
Hi I am an 18 year old male who has always been in good health, however about a week and a half ago, I noticed my urination freqency began to increase..I figured it was just due to the fact that I had drunk alot of water. I read about and I know that it is a symptom of diabetes, and I began to become anxious over it, even to the point that I had a panic attack ( I am a bit of a hypochondriac) My thing is, is that I have had this frequent urination about 2 or 3 more times...My question is, is that when I go, not alot comes out...barely enough to fill a small sized coffee cup, but I still feel that there is liquid in the bladder, although it is not urgent...I was wondering if this is being caused by anxiety or something....Also, the only drink I drink is water and nothing else..I have been on a diet in which the only liquid I consume daily is nothing but water.. I don't drink a whole lot, so I just want to know, is there something wrong with me?

Do you do a lot of bicycle riding? Or sit around for long periods such as playing video games, with maybe questionable posture?
Could be that you have irritated your urinary tract and it is a bit inflammed and therefore a bit swollen: you would have increased frequency, scanty production, a tendency to dribble at it, and it might or might not feel a touch different, not quite the same as usual.

I doubt that this is benign prostatic hypertrophy, you're 18. Prostatitis is more like it, from the same cause as above.

Yes, it is a symptom of diabetes but could be incontinence. I would think, though, that since you are on a diet and consuming more water than usual that is probably the cause. If you are still worried, I would make an appt. with a urologist to see if there is a medical reason. Get a blood glucose tolerance test too to see if it is diabetes. The earlier you find out about diabetes the better handle you have on it.
stop drinking
Frequent urination is due to two factors namely diabetes and secondly enlarged prostate glands. In your case, I don't think of any diabetic symptoms but could be due to the other problem.
