Do you do a lot of bicycle riding? Or sit around for long periods such as playing video games, with maybe questionable posture?
Could be that you have irritated your urinary tract and it is a bit inflammed and therefore a bit swollen: you would have increased frequency, scanty production, a tendency to dribble at it, and it might or might not feel a touch different, not quite the same as usual.
I doubt that this is benign prostatic hypertrophy, you're 18. Prostatitis is more like it, from the same cause as above.

Yes, it is a symptom of diabetes but could be incontinence. I would think, though, that since you are on a diet and consuming more water than usual that is probably the cause. If you are still worried, I would make an appt. with a urologist to see if there is a medical reason. Get a blood glucose tolerance test too to see if it is diabetes.
