If a man is infected with chlamydia and he gets oral sex, would it affect your body like they had intercourse?

Question:
My friend needs help. She wanted to know if she could have all the same symptoms as anyone else that's had unprotected intercourse, but she gave unprotected oral sex. She had protected sex. The guy she had sex with says he went to the doctor and he has an infection called NGO or something and it comes from the bacteria that's caused by chlamydia, but you body eventually takes it away over time. The point is, she wants to know if it will still spread if she doesnt take care of it.

Answers:
It is called NGU, and yes it can be transmitted via oral sex. Chlamydia is an ugly STD, and since she performed oral sex on a male infected, the junk could invade her throat and she could develop the condition as well. One other note, NGU and Chlamydia are the same thing. NGU is not caused by a bacteria, it is caused by a parasite. To answer her question, yes it will spread, and any STD should receiveproper attention. She may have it and not have symptoms of it yet. The symptoms of NGU are vaginal discharge and bleeding, as well as lower and/or upper abdomnial pain. She should see a doctor. He/she will probably prescribe an antibiotic to treat it.

Other Answers:
tell her to go get tested and treated its not that bad
