I have this irritation on both of my lips that is really scaring me, what can it be??

Sounds like a Staph infection, don't pick at them and go to the doctor, it's nothing serious but it can turn into something serious if left long enough, your doctor will prescribe a type of penniclin and try to keep them dry. no chapstick or anything it will only cause it to sting and hurt like H**L so DRY and Doctor right away
Have u been using anything on them like a new lipstick, chapstick.things like that or even a new soap. It might be an allergy. It also might be caused by food. U should go to a dr and have it checked out.
Sounds like a herpes simplex virus. You need to see a doctor to get that confermed. This type of herpes on your mouth IS NOT the same as the sexually transmitted disease. It is totally different. So it does not mean you have and STD.,
if it's cold where you are at it may be wind burn, if so you may want to invest in some carmex.
