Is it possible that our bodies would be immune to cancer in several decades from now?

Our current technology is not there yet to cure cancer or make our bodies immune to cancer. Will this happen? Even though there are healthy people out there, they can still get cancer. For quite a common sense, unhealthy people are more at risk for cancer. I hate it when healthy people can also be at risk for cancer.
And nature is definitely responsible. This is nature's fault. Nature is to blame for healthy people who don't smoke get lung cancer. Nature is to blame for that cancer can strike at everyone and anyone no matter how healthy. And nature is to blame for that even vertically all people including healthy ones have a cancer gene that makes them sick. Screw that damn nature. I know that nature is nature and it has no brain to think obviously.

I lost my mother to cancer when she was far too young, so I set out to find as many answers as I could. What I have learned is that it is definately possible to take preventative measures now. I have done a great deal of research on this because I have since lost 6 more people to cancer. It is out of control. I have learned to understand what acid, yeast and inflammation can do to our bodies and what we can do to remove it. I have actually seen someone beat prostate cancer using these steps. I'm not saying that people can beat all cancers, but they can certainly take proactive measures to stop it from spreading or to prevent it all together.

No, we won't be immune to cancer because cancer's not a specific disease. Cancer is a mutation or defect in the production of a cell. There's processes the body takes to eliminate mutations but sometimes the body just doesn't catch it, because it looks so much like a normal cell. So in conclusion cancer isn't something specific that the body can build up a resistance too, it comes in many different shapes and sizes and often times looks normal to the body.
