last night i found it hard to breath, i have hayfever & ezcema, could i also have asthma?

Question: my brother has asthma and so does my mum. my dad has hayfever and all four of us suffer from ezcema. could having trouble breathing and feeling really tight chested just be hayfever or asthma?
