abdominal pain?

Question: today i got this really bad abdominal pain..it felt like i got my period but really i didnt and i had this dull pain in my head...what does that mean?..i had this type of pain in my stomach before usully when i catch a cold or my feet are cold for a long time then afterwards i would have abdominal pain
