is it possible to get an viral infection from a guys sperm during oral sex?

Question: I think that I may have gotten this v.i from giving a friend a ******** for the second time. THe reason the second time is different is because he came in my mouth. the first time he didnt. On the way home, i started to feel like something was caught in the back of my throat and i felt like I had to hack or something to get it out. that was monday, on tuesday morning, I had a sore thoat and a bruise on the roof of my mouth. I also work at a company where the people are in close quarters, an office, and we all share headsets and computers. Its is possible i got the viral infection from there too? Im not sure. can u help me?
