How does adolescent played a bigger risk of STD?

Question:

Answers:
Because people mess around in adolosence more than as adults.
"Why are adolescents at increased risk for STDs?"

The same reason that they are at increased risk for any other accidents --while individuals can make good decisions, as a portion of society, adolescents do not make the best decisions. They are more likely to forget to use (or not know about)condoms. They are more likely to use condoms incorrectly. They are more likely to mix sex with drugs or alcohol. They are less likely to seek medical attention early in the course of the disease and therefore spread STDs around more.

For any "Karate Kid" fans out there, Mr. Miagi says, "Daniel-san. Best way no get hit is no be there."

If you don't want STDs, don't put yourself at risk for them.

See http://familydoctor.org/165.xml for more specifics.
Adolescents are usually not as responsible in condom use, and are often misinformed as to how STD's are spread. In addition, those adolescents who are engaging in unprotected sex are often promiscuous or will have more than one partner in a shorter time frame than young adults who are in committed relationships, therefore increasing their risk of exposure to STDs and risk of transmitting STDs to their other partners.
