Stop taking roids. To be more serious, if you wash to much your skin will dry out and have to compensate by producing more oil. Relax, don't pop anything.

Visit a dermatologist and get medicated soap, or some pills. It can help a lot. Use something like Neutrogena body wash and look up a different dermatologist. Yours doesn't seem to know what's happening.

read kevin trudeau's book natural cures

sounds like a heat rash, you probably just need to stay cool and change your linens.

Drink LOTS LOTS LOTS of water, watch how much sugar you are eating. A lot of what we eat shows up somewhere on our body, whether in the form of pimples, fat, cellulite etc. get a beautifull woman (whom you know and likes you and likes popping zits pimples) and pop them.

You might be reacting to the soap. Try changing to one with Benzoyl Peroxide.
Also, change your laundry detergent, you may have developed an allergy to it and this is how you react.

try taking a shower at night as well. with summer, it is extra important to wash off the sweat of the day. after you shower, put witch hazel on your skin. it is a good astringent. try adding this to the medicine your dermatoligist gave you. if you're trying over the counter BPO, don't bother with anything under 10% if the breakout is bad. get some acne medication.the body wash and use it. it works Neutrogena!
