If it has been a month since you last tanned and your skin is still red you need to see the doc and find out what is going on. You also need to think about how dangerous skin cancer is and the fact that it can kill you. Is it really worth the risk of skin cancer to be tanned??
Obviously I cannot answer your question but I have always wanted to ask a white person this. Why in the world would you want to bake your skin for a temporary burn that is known not to be healthy and in fact it is even more dangerous than ever before?
Don't go to the tanning bed at all! Cancer is bad. And porcelain skin is beautiful. It's up to the people to force it back into fashion.
Not really. You can try a bronzer, but whatever you do, stay out of the tanning beds. Stay out of the sun. For a more natural solution, try to get more beta-carotene in your diet - that will often give a more yellowish-orange-ish tint to the skin. You can find beta-carotene in carrots, of course. Google it for more ideas.
u may have 2nd degree or worse burns so see doctor and yes i think there are creams like fuicinadal cram or something that contains steroids for fast healing through precription at least u stopped going to tanning sessions which is wise
- Phew. There's too much ragging on tanning beds and etc. It's unhealthy, but only life threatening in big doses. If your skin is red an entire month I really think you should see a doctor.
