Since you put this up in the diabetes category I think it should go to a diabetic who genuinely has the need and desire to change his eating habits/lifestyle and take better care of himself/herself. Exactly how to go about it is difficult. You could conduct a sort of poll? Or ask a question and give it to the answer that satisfies you most or give it away through your doctors to another diabetic who really needs the advice. My dad is a diabetic and he is always keen to get new information on how best to improve things for himself.
