A very personal question. Anyone can answer, but diabetic Mias or Anas please answer!!!!?

Question:
For the past five years I have battled Bulimia. There were times when I was in therapy that I was able to stop, during this times I packed opn the pounds. Then about a year ago, I found out I had type 2 daibetes. The doctor said it was caused from being overweight. I went on a strict diet, but whenever I would slip, I would feel so guilty. Thats when I went back to being a Mia, and purging my food. I was wondering how bulimia affects bloode glucose levels. I have hered it can actually help with diabetes control. Please help.

Answers:
In all honestly, having diabetes and mia is liek one of the worst combination. I had a friend when I was ip who was diabetic, purging and literally collapsed and had to be rushed to the er because her blood sugar got so messed up.
It can take only one wrong meal and one purge (even though purging kills you slowly anyway)
but with the diabetes, its like, u don't even get a chance if noone is around. thats its your gone.
IIf its really really getting bad again and your diabetes is screwy... I would seriously confide in your dr if I were you. If its that bad you really need to be ip, so that they can help you learn to sit with the fulless, help you cope with whats underlying the mia and help you stabalize your diabetes.
Haven't really heard anything, but decreaseing your food intake (by whatever means) is decreasing your glucose intake, which will decrease your glucose levels overtime.
