Because the eye pressure (intraocular pressure) tends to build, due to a differentiation between the rate at which the aqueous fluid drains, my guess is that the eye enlarges over time.

as far as i know it doesnt, I have it, only thing that i know it does is cause the pressure to rise and could cause you to go blind. It seems that no medicine can lower mine enough.

OK I'm not sure about this but may because of the use of medications like pilocarbine which constrict eye pupil If a baby is born with congenital glaucoma, the eye may get larger in vitro and when the baby is born, the eye(s) will be abnormally large. Regular chronic open angle glaucoma will not change the size of the eye.
