Perhaps you had a false positive the first time. I don't know what you were using but no illicit drug in the world is going to cure hep C. Maybe God is giving you another chance to get yourself cleaned up and get healthy. I would use it.
You can carry hepatitis without having symptoms. Someday, it may flare up and cause liver failure. You just don't ever know.
