Walk only after you have taken your meds
How long have you had it? I also have MS. During my first big "flare up" I was taotally paralysed on my right side and was told that I would not walk again, but with persistance, positive attititude and working at it a little several times a day I got it back. If you do it for short periods several times a day you can retrain the nerves to reattach themselves to another part of your brain. You may not get it all back but you can improve it. Good Luck! Use a cane for awhile when walking until you build up some endurance.
