Why do I have such slow digestions?

Question:
I'm 43 and have been having very slow digestions since 16/17. I've raken all kind of medicines, did different exams, homeopathy, acupuncture and so forth. Always to no avail. I feel tired, have slight headaches, dyahrrea at times, mood change when my digestion is really slow, the food just becomes liquid in my stomach and I can tell it remains and remains there for very long. I'm so tired, what could I be dealing with exactly and what could be an effective cure if there is one at all? Thanks.

Stop eating for a few days
then , eat small portions of cooked rice with beef or chicken

drink only water

but first, fast for a few days and see how you feel
Are you taking those medicines with prescriptions?

Slow digestion and diarrhea don't go together. What is the intestinal transit time? If you eat beets for supper, when do they pass through? If it takes under 12 hours, you are likely working with irritable bowel syndrome. If it takes over 24 hours, then you should talk to your doctor about motility syndrome.
