If your ekg's have been normal and your doctor feels confident it is not your heart, I would suggest someone take a look at your neck. I have a herniated disk in my neck between C5 and C6. This area affects the arms (depends on which direction it is herniated as to which arm it affects). Problem disks can cause muscle weakness and twitching. Don't start with a chiropractor. I recommend asking your regular doctor to refer you for an MRI. This will give the clearest picture. Good luck.
Time for the neurologist! Neck and upper body injuries can cause like symptoms along with other brain deficiencies. I wouldn't waste time making an appointment for an evaluation!
