do you know exercise or anyways how to stop snooring without a cost?

Question:
or a meixine if there is to stop snooring

Answers:
I did snore tremendously and had severe sleep apnea (stopped breathing while sleeping) A new Doctor increased my Synthroid ,
a thyroid medication. In three months I had lost 17 lbs. (I am short) the snoring went away as did the sleep apnea.
So I definately would suggest weight loss. Ibuprofen helps (I use advil liquid capsuls.)remove inflmation and swelling in the tissues (this could open up your throat more) and I use Cranberry concentrate (unsweeted)
16 oz makes two gallons. I drink 8 oz 3 or 4 times a day. This flushes out your organs an gets rid of excess fluid in your tissue.
I dropped 15 lbs in the first two week. Of course I stopped all white foods also and learned I had a wheat allergy I didn't know I had. These two things aren't very expensive and might very well solve the problem as they did for me.

Other Answers:
Lose weight and stop smoking
pillow on top of snorer's head will do job.
Try breathing strips
maybe someone could move you or nudge you at night. .stop eating so late and lose weight. that worked for my husband lol
I'ts uncomfortable, but sewing a tennis ball onto the back of your pj's will keep you off your back.
sleep on a couple pillows instead of one
try sleeping on different sides
try using alkalol in as a nose spray, sometimes if
your nose is stuffed up you'll start to snore
I use 'breathe right' strips (the generic ones) & sleep on my side not my back
Take a shirt you don't mind altering in and sleeping in, and sew a pocket onto the back of it. Put a tennis ball in that pocket and it'll prevent you from sleeping on your back. You'll stop snoring when you stop sleeping on your back.
i have two techniques, either which are unconventional and work for me, but only work if it's not you who's doing the snoring.
When i was growing up i would rub my sister's arm and that seemed to stop her from snoring for a while, that has also work with my husband. Another way is to find in which sleep position he'd not snore and make him sleep in that position. He snores when he either sleeps on his belly or his back, so i make him sleep on either of his sides, and it works fine.
Lifestyle modification like doing things to lose weight like you said exercise, eating a good diet, not drinking alcohol or caffeine, staying off chocolate. Check with your doctor about ways to generally improved your health. If you get weight off your neck by getting to a healthier body weight that can help a great deal. Also sleeping on your side can help. If you have a serious condition like sleep apnea you are going to have to pay for an expensive machine until you can resolve the condition with lifestyle if you can. You might also want to try those breathe free nasal strips. You need to clear all this with your doctor to make sure you do not have a serious health problem, but those are some less expensive options if there is not a serious problem.
