My boyfriend has the same thing-we are waiting on blood results, but think we were exposed to mold, a parasite, mercury or something? It seems we have up and down days and now we are conviced we have something and have 3 days until we have the results!

Sounds like mononeucleosis to me. If so you will be on antibiotics for a while but shouldnt have many or any lasting problems.

All the symptoms you have described can be a result of stress. Most people don't realise they are stressed until they start getting various symptoms such as yours. And as stress can lead to irrational thought process, a mild paranoia can set in making you believe that perhaps you have some phantom disease or whatever.
See the doctor about it, but 99.9% certain he will tell you the same.
