too much fat in your blood....eat a low saturated fat diet....read your labels on everything you consumer and pay attention to the saturated fat....high triglyceride's can lead to elevated blood pressure, which is dangerous....nice thing is you can control it....

cut down ur fat, exercise more, stop alcohol, and if greater than 400 u need to be started on drugs.in case u r a diabetic,control ur sugars.
