i was with someone a year ago(not now),they got tested a month ago and has hepatitis could i have it??

i was with someone a year ago we had sex oh like3 times all with condms. once oral recived from both and no condms were used during oral no orgamas occured during oral. just found out, that the person just found out that they have some type of hepatitis was wonding if i might have hepatitis as well??

You really need to know what type of Hepatitis it was. If it was Hep B - this is very easily transmitted through sex and it is possible that you may have it. If it was Hep C, then the chances are extremely low. Hep C is traditionally transmitted through IV drug use and through blood transfusions given before 1992. Smaller risks include tattoos and piercings. Many studies have been done with couples in which one partner has Hep C and found that they DID NOT transmit it to their partners even when they were not using condoms. If you are worried you should go to your doctor and ask to be tested.

You never know. The best way to know for sure is to get tested.
