A hypocondriac is someone who thinks they are sick when they are not. Normally they would have no logical reason to assume they have the illness they think they have.
Often they subconsciously create symptoms for themselves.

Hypocondria means you think you have diseases that you don't. Symptoms are freaking out when a diseases synpptoms are mentioned because you think you have them.
Someone who constantly worries about anything like say you have a son or daughter and you go out with someone in their car takeing your child . and 5 minutes later you ask - Is Andrew in the car?? ANDREW! and you scream his name out when he's right behind you . You get the point . right?
Hypocondria is a mental disorder in which people begin to think they have every disease known to man. If a hypocondriac hears on the news that there is an outbreak of a disease who's symptoms are fever, coughing and runny nose. The person who has hypocondria will start to feel like they have a fever, start to cough a little bit and notice their nose is running. They will think they have the disease.
HYPOCHONDRIA IS THE CONDITION WHERE YOU THINK THAT YOU HAVE MEDICAL CONDITIONS THAT AREN'T REAL.
SYMPTOMS CAN BE AS SEVER AS: THINKING YOU HAVE EVERY KNOWN DISEASE; OR AS SMALL AS: SIMPLY THINKING THAT EVERY MEDICAL CONDITION YOU "HAVE", WILL END UP WORSE THAN IT REALLY IS.
