Question:

my friend has some weird white small wart -ish pimple-ish things on his upper lip....they are way under his skin....i asked him about it and he said they are genital warts but i tell him that genital wars appear only in the genital area....he said he has the same things on the inside of the tip of his penis and he thinks they are genital warts so i ask him if he has ever had sex and he said no...so how can it be? is it actually genital warts or some illness/bacteria....and can the genital warts be transmitted without having any kind of sex...as in mother to son?

what you have described could very well be a great number of things,,,,, other than genital warts.

they could just be regular pimples, pimples go everywhere. or he could have herpes.
