Doctors ?? A Diagnosis Perhaps?

Question: Okay, here goes.Occaisional "blurry" vision in eyes. On and off scaly itchy scalp. Constant(unless I've been tanning) "rash" between shoulder blades. Periodic(3-4 times per week) "shakiness" and pain of hands when writing. Daily pain in elbow areas. Sciatica in left leg along with hip pain. Have been "diagnosed with "Spina Bifida Occulta","Spondylolysthesis grade 3" "Osgood Schlatter's","Hiatal Hernia" and "Osteoarthritis" with bony spurs in my cervical spine (and the base of my neck) causing excruciating pain when aggravated the "wrong" way. They did arthroscopic on my right knee a few years back because it kept hyperextending. It's gone downhill since. Did "Synvisc" series in June. EXPENSIVE but non-productive.They want to replace it now along with the spinal surgery to replace deteriorated discs from OA.
Now, an "aquaintance" of my mother's has MS and said that "I" have some of the classic symptoms, and should go to a Neurologist ?16 ADVIL daily. Only 42yrs old !!!
