alternative ulcerative colitis medication...?

Question: i have suffered with ulcerative colitis for four yea rs. i have tried predisolone, asacol and none of it works but i am worried because my consultant wants me to try a new medication that would help. although the consequences are reduced effectness of immune system bi monthly blood tests.

so i was wondering is it a good idea to take aloe vera juice instead of this medicationition.

I would recommend that you try the medication. I have Crohn's disease, which you know is just like your problem. I had started to take the medication that you doctor wants to try you on, but I had to stop - I had an allergic reaction. You should also add the Aloe Vera juice that is still very good for you.
