First, wash off the area to make sure all the plant oils are gone. Then use calamine lotion if it is mild, or cort-aid cream if it is more severe. If it is real bad you may need to get a prescription strength cortisone cream such as triamcinolone, or even an oral medication such as prednisone.

it's something like that
take thin sheets and soak them in vinegar and some freezing water
take the sheets and cover the infected areas
then you can lay down for a few hours in the sheets with tons of blankets to retain body heat
I've tried it and it works
calmomine lotion and maybe aloe vera
